Cadre Architecture received a phone call to design a full competition gymnasium building, striped for both basketball and pickle ball. The scope of services included permit issuance and construction documents. Given past project experience with k-12 facilities, this project was a great fit for Cadre. The Point Sportsplex is one of several buildings in a mixed-use development in Pilot Point, TX. The PEMB gymnasium will feature large murals on the two end walls. Restrooms and an office are included in the program, as well as a dedicated area for spectators to watch games from movable bleachers. The space will also be used for strength and agility programs and community engagement events.
