Recovery Resource Council was referred to Cadre by a good friend and general contractor in the Ft. Worth area. They had just completed the purchase of an existing studio home in downtown Dallas, immediately adjacent to a Hines Nut Company, with the vision of re-purposing the 4,500 sf building to office and therapy space. Cadre was contracted to provide a Schematic Design, both for fundraising purposes and to give the GC what the resources required to generate a preliminary estimate. The renovation will include the demolition of existing unconditioned space and building entry facade. A new facade and glass entry will reinforce the identity of Recovery Resource Council and a roof deck will encourage community engagement. The office space is meant to be collaborative, with a several private meeting rooms.
