Cadre provided a Utilization Study and Preliminary Design services for a well-established asset management company. As they continue to grow their staff, this client desires to reconfigure their existing office space for added efficiency. The reclaimed space will allow for a larger boardroom, a private lounge, and a golf simulator. They also plan to lease additional floor area on the second floor of the same building. This area will be activated with an employee lounge/kitchen, a yoga studio, conference rooms, and additional private offices. Finally, the client plans to activate the roof as a hosting space, complete with a kitchenette.
